The author goes into great detail on how to succeed at each level. I enjoyed reading this book and found it very helpful to learn how to become a healthier person. It was convicting for me because I read numerous areas that I need to improve on. This book will help you to closely examine each area and learn how to become what you are meant to become. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking to become the best that God created them to be.
